Underwriting Manager 


This role is responsible for the achievement of growth and profitability goals through the leadership of field underwriting teams. Operating with a high level of technical complexity and coordination with Claims, Marketing, Actuarial, Product and Compliance, this role has significant input to business strategies and the responsibility for the execution of those strategies. Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of Underwriting Leadership experience, and advanced insurance education (ie. CPCU, CIC) strongly desired.

 Commercial Lines Underwriter (Construction)


The Commercial Lines Underwriter contributes to meeting our Company's growth and profitability goals within an assigned territory.  This position is responsible for underwriting new and renewal commercial property and casualty accounts.Five or more years of related experience, along with advanced insurance education (ie. AU, CPCU, CIC) is desired.

Premium Audit Manager

The Premium Audit Manager provides strategic direction and leadership for the Company’s premium audit function.  As well as, contributes to company profitability and positive agency relationships by investigating, examining, and reporting on financial and operational characteristics of commercial business operations to determine earned premium on casualty coverages and other auditable exposures.  The position requires a bachelor’s degree, in-depth knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping and insurance company operations.  Advanced insurance education is desired (ie CPCU, APA, AIS, AAI, ASLI).

This position is located at our Seattle (Bellevue), Washington office.  Regular travel is required.
